Randy J Africano - CEO

An airline-rated pilot, Randy Africano has been flying for over 40 years, accumulating over 10,000 safe flight hours, in multiple personal and corporate aircraft he has owned and operated. He served on the State of Illinois Airport Planning Commission and the FAA’s Part 135 Aeromedical Rulemaking Committee. Under contract with OSF Healthcare System in Peoria, Illinois, Africano built the largest, busiest HEMS program in the state from a single aircraft operation. He served as Guest Moderator for the University of Michigan’s Donor Travel Forum in March of 2009 and was a guest speaker at the American Society of Transplant Surgeons Convention in San Diego April 2010. Africano lives in Minocqua, Wisconsin. He and his wife have two grown children, Nick and Haley.
